Love Note From Dia

Is time slipping away from you? I spent almost a decade struggling with the decision of whether or not to freeze eggs.

Every time I looked for support or information about freezing my eggs, I ran into support and information about IVF.  Everything felt geared towards couples and I felt even more alone by learning about the process.  For years I hadn’t known anyone to freeze their eggs and was missing the personal guidance I craved in making my decision.  I needed emotional support to find clarity, a detailed account of an experience to get prepared, and both big picture and detailed information to make the decision.

The challenge in finding all of this was that no one I knew was advertising that they were exploring this option or that they had done this.  And it felt rude to ask.

It’s something many women chose to keep to themselves.  You might feel that way too.  And I get it.  Until now, I wasn’t shouting from the rooftops either.  It’s vulnerable, raw and intimidating to share with a lot of people.

But I’m doing it now so that you can approach this decision with everything you need, whether or not you find someone personally to share with you.  I’ve put together all of what I wish I had at my finger tips and turned it into video learning, handouts, and quizzes designed to help you make a decision.

From the bottom of my heart, I hope it helps you not feel as lost, alone and intimidated as I had felt.
